• Includes 8 Karuna Reiki symbols and chanting the symbols.

• Includes preparing the body, breath and mind for the sound 

• Wear comfortable clothing. Don't forget to bring a mat, blanket or pillow. Eye pillows available.

You can enroll at any time. Create your own schedule and practice at a pace that suits you.
