- Dean Telano, Founder of AMI
"In meditation, the key to reaping the most benefits is to not fixate on the outcomes of your practice. Simply meditate. Allow it to unfold naturally. If you find yourself inclined to review or analyze your meditation experience, create a pact with yourself – a gentle commitment that once you have reflected, you will release those thoughts. Stay true to your word! Personal agreements only hold value when you honor them. In meditation, if you sense a desire to cling onto something, then grasp onto maintaining a regular practice.
– Dean Telano, Founder, AMI
