Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our participants and our organization, the following refund policy applies to all Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga classes: Full refunds are available when a written cancellation request is received at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If a participant does not attend a scheduled class or appointment without prior cancellation, the payment will not be refunded or credited. If a class or appointment is canceled by Kind Karma® Wellness+ Yoga, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to receive a credit toward another class or appointment. By registering for or purchasing any Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga class, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy​
