Refund Policy

Cancellation / Refund Policy for Yoga Classes, Events and Appointments

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our participants and our organization, the following refund policy applies to

all Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga classes and appointments:

Full refunds are available when a written cancellation request is received at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable. If a participant does not attend a scheduled class or appointment without prior cancellation, the payment will not be refunded or credited.
If a class or appointment is canceled by Kind Karma® Wellness+ Yoga, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to receive a credit toward another class or appointment.

By registering for or purchasing any Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga class or appointment, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Trainings, Programs, Workshops & Courses

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our participants and our organization, the following refund policy applies to
all Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga programs, workshops, courses, and trainings:

Full refunds are available when a written cancellation request is received at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the start date.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable, as materials, scheduling, and program preparations may already have been finalized. However, if you withdraw from the course due to a life altering situation, credit of the monies paid can be used towards a future purchase.
If a program, class, or event is canceled by Kind Karma® Wellness + Yoga participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future offering, when applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be processed within 7–10 business days.
